need help with steam keys

hi i saw websites selling steam games for incredibly cheap, but it says i need russian IP to download it. Is it safe? how does this work?:S anyone help pls

 

You'd need a Russian VPN (or a friend in Russia) to log in to your account and do it. Note that the game is likely to be in Russian and Valve have been known to simply take the game off your account if they find you've done tax evasion (which is illegal in the US).

 

i live in europe. So is it safe to do it? also do you know a good russian vpn? and i can play the game normally like if i bought at the store? in english?

 

I don't know any Russian VPNs, certainly not free ones. The game is very likely to be in Russian.
