Need help with something :S lol

Hi , i know ive posted this in the wrong forum so please move to the forum with php and stuff , it just wont let me post in there for some reason :S

Anyway well i wondered if any1 could help me .ok theres this site called 4funrs search it on google cant advertise here anyway u upload ur rs pk videos stake vids etc on filefront youtube or putfile then when ur on 4funrs u press add movie and u put in ur move title the link to ur vid (filefront etc) and you can watch it on there site , check it out i just wondered if any1 could tell me how to have the thing like when u sumbit ur vid to 4funrs it puts it into the selection you choose for example "PK Vid section " i just wondering if any1 could tell me how to make my own were people could like submit there vid and it goes into the certain section
