   Need Help With Signature Size Problems.

   So I made my first signature ever and it took me forever to make it, I finally finished it and when i go to put it on it says "Your file of 23.7 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 19.5 KB for this filetype." What should I do to be able to put this as my signature?
