NMZ STR only

So currently have 70 att, 80 str, and 70 defs. What is the best way to do str at nmz? DH? also what quest are needed for str only at nmz. I don't want to level my attack or defs.

DH would probably be best using rock cake/flick rapid heal/absorption pots. I remember getting around 60-70k/hr at those levels. You'll want to use an mtd or demon booster, which requires mountain daughter OR grand tree, lost city, vampire slayer, fight arena, and tree gnome village.

 

Definitely doing DH. Rock cake, absorps, overloads.

 

Or just use absorption potion, full bandos, Sara sword, can afk for 1hour.

 

Not at 70 defence. When I afked absorption I was only able to last around 40 minutes at 99 defence with bandos, standing in a corner.

 

I was wearing at those stats , prosty set, ss,fury,bring i,fcape,holy sandals,barrow gloves (if u dont have reqs wear regen brace) ,bandos cloak.

 

If you're going to do DH and autoclick prayer. I suggest you don't because I have gotten a banned from it + 3 of my friends have gotten bans/perm bans from it.

 

Dh is fastest exp in game at nmz imo

 

Yeah personally I have always gotten the best experience from using Dharoks I would advise using that for optimal exp gains

 

I did dhs to get my 99. I believe it gives the fastest xp (up to 120k per hour)

 

I'd say ss with bandos if u can afford that.

 

Dharoks will make it go by quickly if that's your goal. Do demons for the points.
