Need help with ram this time

O.k., I got the PSU handled, I haven't bought one yet, but I got enough info to make my decision.
So I've narrowed it down to these (I'm looking for DDR2 1066 4gb (2x 2gb) my Mobo cannot run DDR3 or I would get it):
    Choice One ----- OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2P10664GK
    Choice Two ----- OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2RPR10664GK
    I have a $100 budget on ram!
I mainly chose these because they had fairly good reviews, but they also had the mail in rebate (I'm trying to save as much as I can!)

Either one work. I'm not a big fan of OCZ, but to be honest RAM is RAM. As long as its compatible with your motherboard it will serve its purpose.

Make sure the voltage requirements match. The last thing you want is to fry your mobo.

The voltage requirement is between the motherboard and your RAM chips.
