How long can i keep this on?

Im using RSBuddy and ExileMAGE to alch, it has now runned like 1h45mins, how long can i keep this running at once, without breaks? Im having little breaks and few longer breaks randomly during the day (=Starting it when i wake up, stopping it like when i go to sleep)

 

Run for sucure 5 - 8 hours a day.

 

Well, normally i put it on when i get home from work, now ive been sick for 2 days
