Any ideas on what I should do..

My account was hacked while I wasn't playing and they put gametime on it. I recovered it and they charged back the payment made for the one month I've been playing. So now my acconut is suspended until I send blizzard $16.19

 

At least you got your account back
you can try contacting blizzard over the phone and tell them how that happened (how it want you that charged back, it was the person that hacked you) and probably if you really are convincing they take off the charge.

if worst comes to worse, your probably just better off paying the 16 bucks

 

See though, money orders take effort. I don't feel like exerting it lol.

Either pay them or make a new account. There's nothing else you can do. It's not like you can go around the "System". There's nothing much to discuss here.
