Need help with my VPS

I recently bought a vps with seerhost, followed all the instructions, but my VPS still can't open my RSBOT or RSBUDDY. I know i look like a leech but I use to have an account here but I cant remember the login info. Thanks for reading and if you atually can fix it, I'd be more than happy to bot an account for you on my VPS Also seerhost is ignoring my support tickets :/
