    Lines 57 and 26 Error
    Line 57: Result := CreateTPAFromBMP( GetBitmapDC(TempBMP));

    Line 23: Result := InCircle(x, y, MMCX, MMCY, 76);

    Get errors on these when I try and start SCAR.
