    Is there a way to increase your spending limit other then adding a credit card/ bank statement? If so please add my Msn whoever does devote there time to help me out will receive a reward.​

    There isn't a way.

    If your spending limit isn't 5,000$ then try adding a Prepaid Card and confirming your address with it.

    Your Paypal can get limited from a plethora of things. Using a prepaid card is the least of your worries. You will be fine.
