Need help with my avatar.

Btw, if this is in the wrong section for whatever reason, sorry.


Look at my avatar- See the the light blue lines on the right and bottom side? Why is that there? I checked the image and there is no light blue lines on the avatar picture, but for some reason I uploaded it and those lines showed up. The picture was saved in .png if that helps.

 

What size is the image? Also is the image transparent or is the background blue like the colour of the site layout?

 

I believe it is 44 x 80? Also, I went through the trouble of editing it in Mspaint (yeah, sorry, i'm not to good with any other gfx program) and deleted the anti-aliasing pixels around the image, so it doesn't show the white/greyish pixels against the header background. So yeah, I coloured it the same colour as the header.

 

I believe you need a transparent background to get rid of the little lines.

 

Same for me, my avatar is trasnparent but it shows as white background! Then I've tryed to use same color as on Sythe but then i get that stupid blue lines.. Whats wrong?
