Nobody knows for sure about Jagex's macro detection system.

There are legitimate ways for a player to be playing where they would click the exact same pixel again and again, especially when alching.

Yes, they can. Their current macro detection seems to only detect f2p people, however.

Well, in my perspective, yes. It's pretty obvious when you've been clicking on the same spot at the same interval...

However, if you get an autoclicker that clicks on the same spot but, has random intervals, I'd say you're fine.

It's pretty questionable whether they can or not, but I used an auto-clicker from about 25-58 mage through teleports and alching without a ban so It's really hard to say.

Can't say for sure but, I've autoclicked 99 Magic on a main and a pure, and I've yet to encounter any problems. No rollbacks or bans whatsoever.

No one really knows, but it doesn't hurt to be safe. Arte Alch on RSbuddy is an alcher that slightly moves the mouse cursor in random directions when alching.

I believe the more obvious issue is breaks. If you've never been reported before and all of a sudden you are. If you get investigated and they notice unusual activity on an account, it's almost guaranteed ban right there.

depends a simple same milisec clicker will definitely be caught at even a short period of time where as one that has many algorithms will have a lot better chance at getting caught.

    Can Jagex detect autoclickers?

It would be easier to detect auto-clickers since there are no anti-ban features.
