Oh yes. Should be way more than enough. I'd go with a 4770k instead of the 4770 for over clocking tho.....if you have the choice.

You will run league with 200+ fps on max settings with that setup. The problem with league is that your internet matters more than your pc.

It will no doubt run League just fine. If it's not fine, then it's good.

I think you can pretty much play any high-end game smoothly with that 760 of yours.

I wouldn't be worried at all. You should see very high frame rates while playing league. The only upgrade that I can see you doing in the near future is maybe an SSD.

If all you want to do is play League then don't even bother with that setup; you could do it for probably less than half the price of those components.

The processor is decent, however I've never been a fan of onboard graphics as their performance is often very sluggish. You also omitted the actual motherboard model.

I'd get an nVidia GTX650TI 2GB card or something tbh. They don't cost any more than AU$150 usually, which is pretty cheap but will do what you need it to.

For a motherboard, just pick any LGA1150 socket motherboard if you're intent on the Core i7 4770. Be sure that you check the socket required by the processor if you change it, because a socket LGA1150 motherboard will NOT be compatible with a socket LGA1155 or LGA 2011, for example. You can usually pick up a cheap but passable LGA1150 motherboard for about $50 (1xPCI Express, a couple of PCI slots, 2xDDR3, USB3, HDMI out, 5.1 audio etc.) which is a really good way to save cash if you don't intend to use SLI or more than 16GB of RAM.

Unless you have money to throw away I wouldn't bother going for an absolutely superb motherboard because computers usually last you a pretty long while before they need upgrading, and by that time new technology is already out so you'll have wasted your money.

With the RAM, take my advice and cut down to a single 8GB DDR3 1600MHz chip. You can upgrade to 16GB later if you absolutely NEED it, but the chances are you won't even come close, so you can half the money spent on RAM pretty easily.

    The monitor is fine.

I'd get at least 600W for a PSU (Only AU$30 for generic ATX PSUs), just in case you do want to upgrade to any higher power components. If this is the case perhaps get a slightly better motherboard than what I mentioned above, unless you're planning on doing really heavy upgrade work.

    Change i7 to xeon/i5
    16gb 1333 ram to 8gb 1600hz
If you are playin on a 21, 5" monitor i'd rather go with a cheaper Graphic card
