Need Help with Deal From a Mod

Was selling a Blue Partyhat to Searchy, we agreed to do Red portal, only 25k coins was dropped. We discovered that it was due to trade limit but now the blue partyhat is gone. Do I still get paid or how do we resolve this situation? We both have documentation and video of me having the blue in the inventory and it not appearing.

 

This is only my opinion. If you dropped the party hat and only 25K coins appeared.. then it is just unlucky for both sides and from there I believe the deal would be off. Neither of you knew what would happen so it’s really unfortunate. This is only my opinion though. Maybe a mod might have another opinion.

1: searchy should've known better.
2: drop trades are NOT covered by sythe

wow bad trading practice by searchy 100%.

someone who's done as many transactions as them should have known this would be the case when you guys tried to trade and you had the restriction cap of 25k.

rough scenario man, no idea how it'll be looked at but searchy def has a lot of fault on this one.

 

searchy isnt new to trading, i'm sure hes job is to know the best methods for this type of sales, also everything can happend you should try with your friend on putting something over the 25k limit and see if he gets the item or not if he does get the item then searchy did get the phat and droped 25k on your bones, just try it bro you dont lose anything you already lost 2k but searchy should be responsible for this not 100% but it should be.

 

sellers should have rights on this type of sales.

 

just because a seller has been there for years doesn't mean he has to acknowledge that in f2p dropping with no trade limit will result in 25K gp dropped. like why would he do that and lose it on purpose? he doesn't need to do that and seller agreed to do the transaction.

also i would go on to say that its both buyer and seller fault for not buying a bond and being stingy
@citywarrior i dont wanna make u feel bad but its kinda ur fault for not buying a bond, u coulda saved $2000...
just buy a bond or membership pin.
