Need help with Combat Arms EU, cant play the game?

So yeah, I'm having a problem starting game called 'Combat Arms' which I have before managed to play before without issues.
After uptading my graphics driver (NVIDIA GeForce GT530, version 344.75) I keep getting this error trying to start the game:
"Unable to reset the renderer, you need atleast direct x 9.0 version and a video card that supports tnl."

I have direct x 11 and game has worked just fine before with my graphics card so I can't figure out what is causing this error.

I tried many different options trying to solve this problem i.e trying to run the game as administrator/compatibility mode, uptading graphics driver and direct x, but I still couldn't figure out how to get it to work again, any help or possible solutions?
