    Paypal funds held
    I got sent $40 for mills and I asked the buyer to claim & cancel but it's now saying Paypal are holding the funds.. and the buyer cannot cancel.

    Anyone know why this happened and how long it will take for Paypal to give him his money back? It's saying they have to review the case :(
