Need help with blockchain

I already had a registered account on the blockchain, and I had already made a transaction 1 year ago but the site has changed and I am precarious and afraid of having done something wrong. i'll upload the pictures and try to explain what i did and i hope that anyone that understands and deals with blockchain can help-me..so i've tried to buy 110$ value of Bitcoins.


i clicked on "buy bitcoin" as it appears on the picture

then I chose the quantity I wanted


then it appeared a list with details of an bank account from other country(not the country i live), and a parameter where it says "recipient" where my name was written! I assumed i had to send money for the details of the account that was there..so I went to the website of my ATM account and transferred the 105 euros to the account they had there..but it's been 1 day and I still haven't received bitcoins I didn't even receive an email confirming the transaction..I'm worried..Last time I bought bitcoins the purchase was instantaneous, but now the purchase is still pending what's going on?

everything is still pending..can any blockchain user explain me what's going on please?and if i did the right method?

Maybe they only process transactions on weekdays, try contacting their support. They are the only ones who can tell you what happened.
