Need help with an old rs account recovery

Okay, i have everything on this account, but i still can't recover my old rs account.

It had no recovery questions, no recovery email, never a member, no social network links.

I have :

My creation date & isp

possibly my password ( i just put in the ones i was using at the time)

I had a couple of friends, whose names i can't remember. Barely any skills trained. I only played for about a month.

When i first tried recovering it, the reason was previous passwords, so i tried some others that i could remember using (for like old emails & stuff)

I assume one of the next ones i tried were right, as the next time i tried i just simply got the message "account information not enough to prove you are the rightful owner of this account bla bla bla".

I've tried several more times literally including everything i can remember about the account squashed into that little 300 character box, but to no avail.

Could anyone please tell me what else i can include, maybe there's one or two things i haven't though of mentioning.

in the extra details, just state your case.. that you haven't had the password in a long time(name about the last time you logged in) Put in anything you think may have been a password, put in old IP addresses. Put in old isp's and emails. anything you used on the account. Maybe even long term friends names on your friends list.

 

I was looking around at some guides to recovering, and came across one that mentions using a proxy.

I still live in the same house that i did when i was playing on this account, although i now have a different ISP etc.

Funnily enough, recovering the account whilst using a proxy located in the same country as me, worked!

Absolutely fucking ridiculous.
