    Mission I want moar RAM

Ok, here's a basic summary. I have two computers to work with here. One enormous Dell XPS that occasionally gets the blue screen of death and has 2GB of Ram.
On the other hand, I have an Hp I got in around 2005 with the following specs:
    Amd Athlon 64 processor
    1 GB ram
    200GB Hard drive

I plan on getting rid of one, problem is, I have my entire itunes library on the Hp and I'm not too sure how to transfer all that, since not all my music came from the itunes store.

So a couple questions, Which one should I get rid of and how can I maximize RAM on the other; I'm willing to spend a little bit of money on Hardware if needed and also do software cleanups.
Also, how can I fix blue screen on the Dell for free?

You don't have to necessarily get rid of one, but if you're trying to keep the Dell but you want your music, all you have to do to backup the music is to go to go to /My Music/iTunes/Music and backup all of your music there. iTunes also allows you to drag the files from the iTunes window into a folder.

As for an upgrade, you would have to post motherboard specs so we know what kind of hardware you can buy.

Software cleanup: Check the stickies. I've posted plenty of freeware.

Blue screen of death is fixed most easily by simply formatting your computer, which would be recommended if you upgraded your hardware.

Ask if you need more help

Well.. if both computers are on the same WiFi network (connected to the same router) you can transfer it by creating a shared folder on one of the computers containing all of your music. (If you need help with this.. ask, it's a little daunting)

Otherwise you can use a couple CD's or DVD's and just burn the tracks on there as data without creating an audio disk.

As for formatting your computer, pop in your windows disk and just whipe the hard drive clean.

For motherboard information, you'd need to find out the make and model of your mobo (similar to a car). This might require you to open up the computer.

Haha, the chances of me having that disk are very small. I'll try to get you that motherboard info soon.
By the way, thank you for helping with all this.

If you really can't find a disk I can always help you get one. You'd just burn the .iso to a disk and pop it in.

You'll want to solve the iTunes backup issue first though.
