need help with Adobe Photoshop CS4

i get to this step then i press accept and it just closes and does nothing. i have put in the activiation code that led to this step and now i cant even use the trial version -.-

i've read through it all and nothign makes a difference D:



please help?

Are you using an illegal pirated version of the software? If you aren't, call Adobe.

Maybe your key is wrong. Regenerate it. (If using a keygen.)

If you paid for this, I would call up Adobe
