Need help with a picture

[Runescape rare]

I don't have enough pc for Spam Forums but does anyone know the name of the picture on my avatar. I got it off a friend, I kinda liked it.

I want to remove the black dots from the eyes so does anyone know the name of it?

Why do you need its name to erase the black dots?

Im going to find the picture without the black dots
