Need help with a account purchase that got recovered

i purchased a runescape pure account off of @StClairSurfer in August today I got a email that a password request has been sent to me and shortly after tried to log on and account password wasn’t working I tried to recover and it failed I want my money back at this point I also think he didn’t inform me he wasn’t original owner as I just now realized I don’t think he was ..... mod help?
