CapeService= Ban evader.

Hello, I just found out that CapeService is a ban evader. His old sythe account was Welbro. On welbro he started all his threads, which were generally in the wrong section, with "Guys Read Carefully!!!", just like this one. Now hes going for firecaping. Furthermore the names of the threads are almost the same, always with the *Free*. Lastly, this account was made basically right after his first one was banned.

Edit: Their msn's are the same too.

Please check the ips, and im 99% sure they will be the same. (Unless hes using a proxy or something)
