Need help, verified Booster didnt refund

Hi guys,

I bought a boost off a verified booster from Silver 2 to Gold 5, the booster was unable to complete the job and gave up after a week.
He said he would refund the money and then said he refunded to the wrong person...

I've been chasing him for 2 weeks, trusting in good faith he would refund me.

in the mean time i've had to pay for another service to get me to gold 5, costing me over $100 to get to gold 5...

Can someone please help me?? i've got all skype correspondence, i don't want to name and shame i just want my money back...

If you paid through Paypal, create a dispute saying you didn't receive your service/product. And I'm pretty sure this is posted in the wrong section.

Edit: Also create a thread here. It's where you report scammers.
