Trading with no trade limits

As we all know the trading limit is going back to how it was,when i first started playing runescape i felt i dont no kind of bored because i was poor so i bought 3m off a website yer sure was having fun for about an hour but i got banned haha....

few weeks later i thought i was smart and bought another 3m on a shit accoutn and dropped traded it ofcourse the shit account got banned but my main didnt.
all in all is,is there still going to be these bands for buying money or swapping gp from main to pure to pure to main etc.. any ideas,info or thoughts are welcome
