Need help solving this maths problem $20 Reward to who solves it!

I'm currently creating a new program which makes ease of access to a website via mobile. I can't really share any details about... So if you are curious I apologize. So here is my problem:
When I access this site an ID is given based on the users IP Address. See the thing is the IP's I tried that are very similar return a similar ID so it's obvious there's a secret sum used on the IP's numbers or something. It's driving me crazy I can't seem to solve it so whoever does I'll be more than happy to give them $20! Nothing too much but I guess its a bit of fun and something to get peoples minds going with a reward :).

Here's the IP's I tested and the ID's that got returned:

    92.40.248.43
    = 92315

    92.40.249.4
    = 84138

    94.197.120.64
    = 83526

    5.62.43.4
    = 116191

    5.62.43.2
    = 115908

    5.62.62.30
    = 115812

    5.62.58.127
    = 115810

    5.62.58.223
    = 115671

    5.62.43.34
    = 114171

    5.62.63.222
    = 113958

    5.62.63.14
    = 114618

    5.62.61.163
    = 114550

@ragingvenus Wrote up a small program to test this. From what I can tell, either you didn't provide a proper list of IP's/ID's or the algorithm for calculating the ID's is changing.

Thanks for taking the time to try and solve this, the IP's and ID's were all correct also the ID's are the same I've tested multiple times on my personal IP and its always the same. I don't think the sum is made up just from the numbers using the IP. I think there is a fixed sum involving different numbers and the numbers from the IP are applied to this sum. As a summary for this I think it's just about impossible to solve without a large range of IP's being tested to see a sequence. If anyone wants to give it a go feel free. I will try testing on a few thousand IP's to see if I can work it out if I don't I will post them all here.
