What to do? (PayPal)

I made a new PayPal account about 2 days ago because I opened up a new bank account at a different bank.

I made a little over $9 on my PayPal account but now I have a limitation all of a sudden due to "unusual activity" on my credit card but I havent used my credit card in a couple of days ....


It says the limit cannot be lifted, what am I able to do with this PayPal account now?

Paypal does this if you're receiving money immediately. They pretty much stop watching newer accounts once you've aged up to 14 days. Essentially, this means you have to wait 2 weeks after opening an account before transferring or earning money with your account or else you get limited.

 

No use asking on Sythe just ring them up mate.

 

Ring them a quick 5 minute phone call should sort it out

 

I noticed you said " a new paypal". Paypal's terms of service only permit one personal account per person. That could be the issue.
