Need help removing Paypal limit

I have $71.50USD on it, and it is currently limited and I can't do anything with it.

Can somebody help me remove the limit?
I'll give $40/$71.50 for it

I don't think anybody will do..Why? You have to add a bank account to it..Or a Credit card..Just a heads up .... Just add a credit card, or a bank account.

Well, This guy doesnt trust PAYPAL with his last 4 digets of his cc. Hes not going to get unlimited any time soon. I tried to help and theres no possible way he can get unlimited without verifying he is the owner of the paypal to PAYPAL. Let me know when you want some real help.
