NEED HELP RECOVERING! [Possibly Paying]

Hi everyone. See there is this name that I've known since 08 that ive seem to love like a bitch and I'm pretty definite its a classic acc by its name rareness (saw it in 08 by randomly looking it up considering its my dogs -nicname) and i'm definite it has been inactive for whenever it was made considering it has had 50 smithing still ranked to this date) *Note* Smithing came out in January 2nd 2001. Okay so I heard about recovering classic accounts a couple months ago I think it's mostly patched but not fully. If anyone can send me a guide for recovering I can pay up to $7.00 USD or a free guide hopefully depending on the quality I feel it is. A guide for recovering classic accts can definitely be sold for over $7. A lot more assuming that it works.
