i have a question for everyone. lets say you buy a acc and swap pw. how can u make that acc safe that u just bought to wear that person can not recover it from old pw, interent provider, when it was mem, ext.?

 

You would need all the details. Then set new recovs and change the pass like 5 times. However I've done this before and it still got recovered back.. theres really no way to be safe

Yeah thats true. Account trading is a very risky thing. You should only trade if you've known the person for a while or he has a substantial amount of vouches..

 

There really is no way, unless you also switch computers, in which case you would have his IP address. Come to think of it, even that wouldn't work lol

 

It is a risky business for sure but all "illegal" businesses have risks

 

My general rule is to never buy an account that has been member. If they have members information, their chances are way higher then if they don't have it. I believe some UE wrote a guide on how to tell if an account has been member.
