[URGENT] All SCAR users read!

As you may know, I have gotten 3 people banned for "password stealing" with SCAR. I however am NOT superman. I cannot tell you all the time if a script is safe or not. HENCE, I will teach you how to find out for yourself!

^ That is the code for your password in every script. If I were you, I would search for:

.pass

to see if it is renamed as something else. If the find jumps all the way off your screen (you cant see any text). Delete the script, and report it to me, because that means the maker is hiding something there.

Also, look for:

Code:

"web", "openweb", "http"

and see if something happens. read the entire line. if it is something like...

Code:

[COLOR="Magenta"]'http://www.somesite.com/blahblah/'[/COLOR] + something + [COLOR="Magenta"]'+'[/COLOR] + something_else

delete the read, and report to me or a mod. (if it jumps off the screen so u cant see any text... report to me as well.

Now, Unless I am mistaken... SCAR will always ask you before it connects to the internet... if you allow it to connect to some weird site... that is your fault ... the only SAFE site is anything with "http://www.srl-forums.com", "http://stats.srl-forums.com"
