Need help Opening Private server will pay.

Hi i'm looking to open up a private server a 364 Non Spawn- Shops Real eco Real skilling Real pking.

I have 500 Usd to speand on the set up of this server. I will also need a tech admin and some one to design the site and to teach me Some coding.

The server will need

Arcane stream
Chaotic Cross Bow
Chaotic Maul
Chaotic Long sword
Chaotic Rapier
Chatoic Staff
Some custom items.

I will only be going first to people with 2.5k + post count And 50+ Vouches. A Middle man can be used I will deduct fee's.
IF you decide to leave the server from tech Admin without a replacement to fill your spot you must refund 50% of the money sent to you from me if not I will file a scam report.
