    I want to use paypal, but i have no credit card/bank account to put it on.

    Is there any way i can send money but not have a card or bank account on it?

    Sign up from Canada :) Have like a 3600 CAD sending limit, but don't get it limited because you're screwed if that happens.

    put myself from canada or i have to sign up from canada?

    Because when i did it US, i could receive some money but i couldn't send any at all
