Need Help on Computer Decision

It's always best to buy your own pc indeed.

Just make sure the components match and that you can possibly upgrade at a later stage.

Do you need KB, Mouse, Monitor or Operating System?

 

Operating aystem would be nice but I heard I can get win. 7 auth. Keys on here for cheap so you could leave it out if you want.
