Need help on a couple AP Chem problems.

Some are simple, but I'm not very confident in my answers.
    this is a 2 part question: a and b.

    1. Lewis Structures:
    a. Draw the following molecules or ions. Demonstrate that what you have drawn is reasonable. Be sure to include resonance structures, if required.

    i. tetrachloroiodate ion (ICL4-)

    ii. carbonate ion (CO32-)

    b. Draw the nitrogen monoxide molecule. Based on your analysis of its Lewis Structure, would you predict nitrogen monoxide to be a stable molecule? Why or why not? Your analysis should include:

    i. the number of bonds formed
    ii. the octet rule
    iii. formal charges

    2nd question

    Valence Bond Model:
    a. Describe the different bonds in the nitrogen monoxide molecule. In your description include which atomic orbitals are overlapping and types of bonds formed.

    b. Based on your analysis of its valence bonds, would you predict nitrogen monoxide to be a stable molecule? Why or why not? Your analysis should consider the number and types of bonds and their relative strengths.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please post the answers you've gotten; the reason I say so as it's no use in someone just answering them for you but for us to compare the answers and you'll see where you went wrong (this is definitely common in chemistry).
