Ok I got a 2 pointer for saying "was he black?". I know it probably came across as racist, as a few people have accused me of that. I just want to say I'm no ignorant racist person, I simply look at facts. My statement was not intended to offend. I made an assuming guess, that was correct... I won't go into detail on some of the statistics that may pertain here, but blacks have a higher crime rate among other things. I think that justifies my question.

If the infraction stands I'll understand, but please don't view me as an ignorant racist. Atleast call me an open minded racist...
