need help i almost got this scar but its still not working could you help

ok i am trying to make a auto that picks up swamp tar but i have yet to get it working. i think i have it now but its still not working so could you tell me what i am doing wrong.

every time i try to run it i get this

Include file C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.13\includes\SRL\SRL.scar does not exist.
Failed when compiling
