Need Help guys, respond quick, preferrably a mod here :)

Okay how come someone replied to my thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1066232 and i dont see it as a reply and i cant even reply to the post, as it says i have to wait till some posts or 48 hours. but then this dude already posted there. A little help guys!

 

That's to stop people bumping their own thread as soon as they're created. Basically, you can't post on any thread you've made until 48hours have passed or somebody else posts.
