Why am I the only person that could get onto my server? -_-

My no-ip address works, but how come no one else can get it?

That means it isn't an online server yet, i would perfer you go to kittyscape.no-ip.biz or you can fix it by simply going to 192.168.1.1 in the address bar of you Internet browser. go to ur port triggering or something named close to that, or same context, then type in port 43594 for all the ports it shows and save it, make sure you enable it also, then when u open ur no-ip content with the source it will conect and people can play it. Make sure your owner of it so you can control the spammers and such. Good day to you.
