Interested in learning C or C++

After me being completely bored of playing games all of my sad sad life on this computer of mine I decided to actually learn something.
I have no programming skills at all, well I did learn some html but it was pretty basic if that counts..
I was wondering which is more useful, or which I should start with.
I'm also looking for some links to sites with tutorials for people with NO experiance at all. Preferably free but i'm willing to pay.

The only way to learn is to be interested. There are tons of tutorials in google. Research Object Orientation

 

Yeah I know about Google ;P I'm just looking for a personal reccomendation of a tutorial site.
