I'm going to be upgrading my mobo, and I have windows 7 Premium, OEM.
Will I have any problems while re-installing windows with activation?
I was told that I will need to buy another product key, which is ridiculous.
    Thanks :)

As far as I know, the operating system is independent from your motherboard, it "lives" in your hard drive, so if you transfer over your harddrive that already contains the operating system, it should work fine... but I could be wrong.

EDIT: After looking around, it looks like windows, when installed on an HDD, registers itself with the motherboard and CPU, and won't reactivate if either one is replaced... To avoid it in the future, using an SSD lets you transfer it to any machine you'd like with no problem, but that won't help you in this case...
