    Locked Account Newcomer

    Need help gaining access to old Sythe account
    I am currently trying to recover my sythe account, but whenever I send a request for my password to be changed I do not get an email. I am typing the email correctly. Can a mod/admin please help me recover my account?
    The account name is Range Ftw3
