Soul wars on a starter obbey mauler?

hey guys I got an account which has 10attack and 44str, I havn't been on rs in ages i left as soul wars came out, I was hoping to get a fast amount of xp of it as i hear its good but will it be fast at cb lvl 26 and with those stats?

 

It'd be better than training, but if you have 10 attack already your account isn't going to be the best. I'd probably start over, and just soul war strength for a bit, keep in mind you do need high hp . Soul wars lacks giving HP!
