Need help doing RFD on a pure.

[steelers2224]

I'm not very experienced with p2p pures, and i need some advice on what skills i need to get the pure parts of RFD done. I'm not sure what skills to train, since i have been googling for 2+ hours and i have not found a list of requirements for a pure.
