Need help disputing recovered vBarrack wow account.

I bought a WoW account for £150, as i'm sad like that.

And it was recovered, and i'm apparently speaking to the original owner who recovered it saying it was hacked and they somehow managed to get his I.D from his computer. Wether he's BS'ing or not i want my money back.

What can i say in the dispute? Anyone got anything i can say?

Also they provided me his I.D. can i threaten them with getting the site shutdown or anything by providing personal things like that? ( A drivers lisence picture ) of him.
