hey paypal question

when im taking or sending payments whats the safest way to make them?

do i say its paying for goods or services or the I'm sending money to family or friends. witch one would be better?

im new here any help would be great, thanks

 

Probably Western Union. PayPal and Moneybookers can both lead to chargebacks.

No it isn't. He specifically states that he has a Paypal question: Whether to send money on PP by the goods/services option or the friends/family option.

If you send as goods then you are expected to show proof you sent a physical object.

 

That's not necessarily true.. Good's is described as someones personal property.. Therefore goods can be virtual.

 

All payments can be chargedback, but the only way you can lose with saying it was virtual goods is if it was an unauthorised payment claim. They win 99% of the time.

 

You are required a physical adress whenever you are sending a payment for virtual goods. If the seller can't provide proof he sent anything, then any non-reciept chargeback will loose.

 

If you're sending goods and you claim you gave goods they will ask for and you then dispute it saying you didn't get your goods the seller will have to show proof of sending a physical item.

If the retarded buyer says he didn't get his RSGP Virtual Item and you claim it was a virtual item the seller will win as there is no buyer protection with it.
