For ftp I would rather do Flesh Crawlers tbh. Nice guide though, thank you for posting.

 

For f2p I would do spiders. You hit with them a lot.

 

Very long ago, like in 2004, I thought of this then I totally forgot. before the graphics update, the castle used to be *loaded* with black knights lol. Anyways, ingenious idea for pure training . If he really did get 47k/hr, could use prayer, and no competition at all.. damn thats good lol

 

I only really used this place because all i had was iron and a scimmy hehe.

Turned out to be a fairly decent place though, so i continued to train there
