I have 10m and i got a lvl 3 skiller and want to get it up whats the highest it can get to? If its not even high i wont even do it not really into dungeneering

Dung is very slow at low levels especially when the account needs to stay level 3 and you would have to leech it. I can get from 1 to 40 for 10m.

Not too much of one unless you're going for 99/120. There are some items that can help in other skills (Scroll of Cleansing for Herblore, for example).
