I'm looking for a dark banner made for a new RSPS that I am an admin for.

Text: Winner Scape Private Server
[562]
Text color: White or glowing(any color that looks good)
Animations: No
Theme: I want the theme to be just like the picture(dark)
Effects: A glow towards the top left(the ray of light).
Try to do lighting like this on the characters
