As you can see by my title I am cheap or free training accounts.
For free it is just a noob that has 1 in everything that you want to like 20 att and 20 str and maybe 20 def.
Training combat stats-

Attack- You supply things and make sure you have at least 20 strength.
Strength- You supply and make sure you have atleast 20 attack and 20 strength already.
Defence- Preferably you supply and you have 20 attack and 20 strength and any def.
HP- Free with any combat skill
Mage- Dont do unless you supply TONS of runes
Range- Dont do unless you supply TONS of things


Skilling Stats-
RuneCrafting- You supply the ess and tallys have 10 rc already for easier crafting.
Wood Cutting- have 15 for oaks supply axes
FireMaking- Have 15 for oaks supply logs
Mining- have 15 so i can mine iron supply pickaxes
smithing- have 29 for full iron supply ores
Fishing- Have the money for karajama and tell me what to do with the food I dont cook it unless you pay more. Have the fishing things ready
Cooking- have fish or cooking things ready

Members stats-
Theving- Have 10 so I can easily get things and have members lol
Agility- have 10.
Farming- Dont do
Herbole- Dont do
Fletching- Dont do
Construction- dont do
Hunter- dont do.
Any other stats?
3 gp per xp.


PCing-
No more than 250 points after that it gets really boring..
Dont ask me to supply the things for it because i wont. I keep the rewards and its 1k per point.
I supply worlds you supply rest.

Torosing-
You just tell me what job you need points in and make sure you supply the items, tell me what round your on and if you want me to get the torso.
I dont really know a price for this so you tell me a price.
